I grew up in a small suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but moved to San Francisco in 2008 to attend the University of San Francisco, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication and a Master’s Degree in Education. Prior to real estate, I taught Kindergarten at Lafayette Elementary School in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond.
I was first drawn to San Francisco by its architecture and distinct neighborhoods. Over the years, I have lived and worked throughout the Bay Area, including the Outer Richmond, North Beach, Presidio, Sausalito, Petaluma, Sebastopol and now San Anselmo. This firsthand experience allows me to offer clients a deep understanding of both neighborhoods and market dynamics.
My background in education shaped the way I work with clients. Buying or selling a home is a personal and often emotional process, and I bring patience, creativity, and clear communication to every transaction.
In addition to real estate, I founded Courtney Elizabeth Homes, a design, staging, and renovation company that supports clients before, during, and after a sale. This integrated approach helps sellers prepare homes strategically, allows buyers to see a property’s potential, and guides homeowners in making thoughtful design decisions with long term value in mind.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring farmers markets, beach walks with my dogs, and discovering new neighborhoods and bakeries around the Bay Area.
When you work with me, you can expect someone who listens, advocates for you, and guides you through the process with care and intention. I look forward to connecting.
